- Order Processing Times: Our normal processing time for all orders (except
Custom Work ) is 1-3 business days after the date of your order
(excluding holidays & weekends). If an order is time sensitive,
please note this in the "Comments" section when placing your order, and
we will do our best to accommodate you.
The in-stock
availability of items is listed on our website for each product. If an
item is listed as "Back-order", we will ship the item separately as a
Back-order when it is again available or we will contact you to notify
you of our specific procedure on your order. Please call us with any
questions you may have regarding out of stock items and substitution
suggestions.
- Custom Logos or Monograms are subject to additional production time as listed on the Custom Monogram pages.

Standard Basic Ground or Free Basic Ground: We use a variety of shipping methods for this service, including First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS . For UPS shipments, please see chart below to find out the transit time for ground shipments from our Florida warehouse to your location.
Priority Mail-Ground Express: See above for transit Times. Most orders ship via Priority Mail.
Free Shipping :This
option will automatically be presented to you at check-out if there is a
current promotion and if your order totals at least the amount of our
current promotion. Please note that this savings applies to ground
shipments only within the 48 contiguous states. The Ground ship method used can vary based on the type of package and the shipping location and is at our discretion. Approximate transit time is 5-8 business days.
Priority Mail-Domestic: This
method is used mostly for destinations in AK, HI, PR , APO, FPO and
P.O.Boxes, and other rural packages , as indicated by your shipping
method. It can also be used for regular addresses for Priority Service
at your option. Most packages within the domestic US have 3-4 days
transit time.
3Day, 2Day and Next Day Air:
These options are available for all continental US destinations, and
are counted as Business Days excluding weekends and holidays.However, Saturday Delivery is also available at an additional cost.
