Credit card numbers are encrypted when stored on the server and they are never sent through e-mail. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail of your order, which will not include sensitive information. When shopping online, please remember that the billing address associated with your credit card must match the billing address on your order. If they do not match, we will not be able to process your order. Please follow the instructions given in our shopping cart as to the specific information required. Please note your credit card charge is authorized at time of check-out and your card will be charged within 24-48 hours from time of ordering. All Custom orders are charged in full at that time, when production of the order begins.
